The focus of the book is on the positive effects that creating a vision board can have, in particular how it can help to recognize and realize dreams and wishes more clearly. Stefan Krursel, born in 1965 in Münster, is an author and business coach living in Hamburg, Germany, and the idea to write a book came to Krursel when he discovered the effectiveness of vision boards for himself and realized that there was no comprehensive guide to creating this useful tool. Krursel's motivation for writing was to share his knowledge and experiences to help others create their own life journey and find a fulfilling life. "The Life Meaning Journey" is intended to provide readers with a tool to help them understand themselves.
