Solidarische Landwirtschaft (Solawi) Bekegarten / Bunte Höfe supplies its members with fresh regional, seasonal and organically grown vegetables every week. The harvest is divided among the members and can be collected from various locations in Rostock, Güstrow and the surrounding area.
Bunte Höfe operates outside of market constraints and was the winner of the Rostock Environmental Award in 2018.
"ERNTE TEILEN" - a documentary film about farmers who oppose the growth compulsion of our system and break out of the structures of conventional agriculture. Filmmaker and activist Philipp Petruch takes the film on a journey to three Solawi initiatives in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Brandenburg. With the help of communities, they are creating a local supply cycle based on the values of ecology and the common good. With courage, a sense of community and a new relationship between consumer and producer, we can change agriculture!
