Gipsy swing concert
Les Hommes du Swing was founded in May 2020 and consists of well-known musicians from the Hamburg jazz scene. In addition to violinist Jordan Rodin, a member of the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra, the band includes guitarist Patrick Farrant and bassist Axel Burkhardt. Programmatically, the quartet is dedicated to both traditional swing and gipsy jazz, a genre that all the musicians have been very familiar with for a long time. With a traditional line-up, Les Hommes du Swing celebrates the French roots of this music and looks forward to enriching the Hamburg jazz world.
