Forest bathing
Forest bathing, also called Shinrin Yoku, was developed in Japan in the 1980s.
In Shinrin Yoku, we shift our focus from our often scheduled and digitalized daily lives to our roots ... nature.
Spending time in nature has many positive influences on the human organism as well as on its mental and spiritual health. The release of stress hormones is reduced and the natural immune system is activated. Heart and circulatory problems are positively influenced. Our mind comes to rest and can regenerate. The fresh and pure air is a benefit for our lungs.
During forest bathing, we immerse ourselves in the forest atmosphere during a slow and mindful walk. We concentrate fully on our senses. In an approximately 3-hour course, the focus is on seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling and tasting the forest.
Participation fee: € 39 per person
Participants limited to 8 people
