Concert in the Schlosskirche Neustrelitz
A very special concert will take place on Saturday, 05.10.2024 to mark the end of the annual season in the castle church. From 8 pm, musician BILLIE BIRD and the Swiss band EGOPUSHER will transform the sacred space into an exciting audio-visual experience.
The evening will begin with a musical rollercoaster ride by "Billie Bird". Her songs are characterized by overwhelming beauty, rousing grooves, complex multi-layering, rich guitar picking and a captivating voice that tells touching stories in French.
The main act of the evening is the band "Egopusher" with drummer and producer Alessandro Giannelli and violinist Tobias Preisig. Their music is a mixture of advanced electronica and contemporary neoclassical music. Stylistically, the music moves in its own "soundtrack meets club" corner. The clubby elements are hard, raw and dark, while the classical-contemporary components are complex and eclectic. The song structures are full of unpredictable twists and turns. They evoke images of futuristic architecture and are reminiscent of a psychedelic visual journey.
The unique sound will come from a quadraphonic system with 360° loudspeakers from the Neustrelitz loudspeaker manufacturer "Burmeister Audio Systeme".
Admission costs €20, reduced €15, Soli Ticket €25. If you buy a ticket by 21.09.2024, you will receive a free drink on the evening of the concert.
