Not for the faint of heart: a feast of ghoulish creepiness on Halloween
Gathering chestnuts was yesterday, now the pumpkins are ready and the forest spirits are fitting their outfits with the last spider webs for our dark and dark party at the zoo. This year, the popular spooky party with lantern parade will also take place on Halloween.
This year we will celebrate over two days from Tuesday to Wednesday. The Zoo Forest will be ablaze with lights, and ghosts, witches and other creatures of the night will float along the paths and hide in the trees. The event starts at 2 p.m. on all days. You can expect a gruesomely decorated zoo with creatures of the night. On Monday, Oct. 31, 2022, you can put your courage to the test and test yourself at various scary stations.
More details to follow soon!
Please note that there will be no separate tours on the event days. Registration is not necessary. Tickets can be purchased through the box office or in advance through the online store. No additional event fee applies, and a visit with annual passes is also possible. So get your craft supplies for the most beautiful lanterns and the spookiest costumes. We are looking forward to seeing you!
