Women's Day cabaret evening by and with the twin sisters Laura and Lisa Goldfarb

Is Germany the country where you go into the cellar to laugh? Into a very, very deep, black, soundproof cellar? The most famous cellar master in the German language is Franz Kafka, whose hero is in a bad way at the beginning of the story and then gets worse and worse later on. And yet we have to imagine Kafka as a happy man. As he himself wrote: "There are possibilities for me, certainly, but under what stone do they lie?" Has anyone ever discovered the abysmal comedy that lies in Kafka's words? The twin sisters Lisa and Laura Goldfarb, the "most exciting discoveries in German cabaret, bursting with esprit and exquisitely bizarre" (Bonner General-Anzeiger), collect Kafkaesque crumbs of text and turn them into a fast-paced, profound and highly comical evening, as black as an espresso and definitely not caffeine-free. But don't be afraid of too much Kafka coffee, because as Franz himself said: "Coffee doesn't dehydrate. Otherwise I would have been dust long ago."
