This course is for all men who are taking their first steps on the yoga mat or would like to deepen their existing practice.
MEN ON THEIR OWN
In this class, you can actively do something for yourself and find a balance to our often challenging everyday lives. Men have more muscle mass and therefore often more strength than women, but they often lack flexibility.
Your muscles and fasciae are mobilized and stretched in calm postures. Targeted exercises help you stay flexible. Strengthening exercises create a good sense of balance and increase concentration. Breathing exercises and deep relaxation provide balance and peace of mind.
