BINZ & FRIENDS, an exclusive series of events in 2025, presents grandiose stars in the Baltic seaside resort of Binz. Annett Louisan, the voice of German-language chanson, is a guest with her anniversary concert ‘20 Years of Bohème’.
The impressive career of singer and songwriter Max Mutzke began in 2004 with the number 1 hit "Can't Wait Until Tonight", with which he took 8th place at the Eurovision Song Contest. Since then, the artist with the recognizable, soulful-soft voice has been delighting his fans with various musical facets. Whether pop, rock, soul, funk or jazz - Max Mutzke masters every genre.
He has now released nine studio albums and two live albums. His latest album "XX" was released on October 11, 2024. The charismatic singer will also present the new songs from the album together with his band in Binz.
In addition to his distinctive voice, he inspires his audience above all with his versatility. The singer has already been able to prove this in collaboration with various artists: For years, Max Mutzke has played with jazz greats such as Klaus Doldinger, Wolfgang Haffner, Bill Evans, Till Brönner, Nils Wülker, Matti Klein Band, Marialy Pacheco and many more, as well as with the biggest and most successful big bands such as the SWR Big Band, the WDR Funkhausorchester, the Bundeswehr Big Band and classical orchestras such as the NDR Radiophilharmonie, the Babelsberg Film Orchestra and the Takeover Ensemble string quintet.
He has also enjoyed success on TV: in 2019, Max Mutzke won the first edition of the TV show "The Masked Singer" in the costume of an astronaut, and at the beginning of 2021, his first own TV format "Lebenslieder" was broadcast on ARD, which was continued in April 2022. In October 2024, he took part in the music event show "Sing meinen Schlager" and presented hits by Matthias Reim and Marianne Rosenberg.
