Belly dancing for beginners (hybrid) Wednesdays, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. starting Feb. 1 at StiCer Theater, Frankenstrasse 57 in Stralsund, Germany
- In Oriental flex&fit for beginners you will practice basic movements and basic steps, later more complex sequences with step combos. Hands and arms, legs, hips, knees and the upper body are equally challenged. Isolation of the individual body parts is a main part of the class.
Only comfortable clothing is required, preferably close to the body, socks without rubber socks are sufficient, a scarf around the hips would be nice. A coin cloth is in the course then of course nice, no one needs to be tummy.
