Chanson concert
When Alexandre fell in love with music at the age of 23, he chose the guitar. At that moment, he had no idea how much it would change his life, finding in music the opportunity to express his emotions and sensitivity. His influences include Brel, Ferré and Nougaro, but also Pat Metheny, David Gilmour and Peter Gabriel. This passion for Anglo-Saxon culture and a significant encounter with a jazz musician prompted him to cross the Atlantic. Alexandre roamed the jazz clubs of Los Angeles for over a year, perfecting his technique with renowned mentors. Back in his native Belgium, his head full of stories, Alexandre returned to the basics: melody. He produced his first album, written and composed by himself. Mixing rock, jazz and psychedelia in English, Spanish and French, Alexandre performs with a group of musician friends on stages large and small in Belgium, then on television at the Eurovision Song Contest. His latest album "Soleil", the sun, allows him to reaffirm his love for the public, for these "people" to whom he belongs, through his own poetic lyrics, brimming with authenticity and, above all, humanity.
