Hike with nature perception with Sonja Schürger, Participation: 15 Euro, Students: 7 Euro
The Tribohmer Bachtal, a side valley of the Recknitztal, was formed after the last ice age. The valley, which today appears very unspoiled and natural, was once subject to quite intensive use. In the Middle Ages, there were three water mills with several large ponds between Tribohm and Gruel, which have now completely silted up and become overgrown. At present, the water of the Tribohm brook has the opportunity to shape the landscape here again and the forest can develop largely unaffected. In the Gruel Nature Conservation Station, which will open in 2020, a permanent exhibition under the theme "NaturRaum Recknitztal" will provide information about the history of the cultural landscape in the Recknitz Valley and the animal and plant species that live here. A fruit meadow with old varieties was planted in the outdoor area in 2019.
Sonja Schürger will accompany the silent walk through the Tribohmer Bachtal. In silence, attention intensifies, the senses sharpen for special, perhaps unique experiences and experiences. Under the old lime trees at the atmospheric church of Tribohm we will talk about it. The individual impressions will form an overall picture of the character of the place.
The nature perception hike is aimed at people who like to be in nature, are interested in plants, animals and stones and want to deepen their experiences in the perception of nature in exchange with others.
