Tribsees is centrally located between the Hanseatic Cities of Rostock, Greifswald and Stralsund. It is 35 km to the National Park of Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft, 45 km to the beautiful Baltic beaches on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst Peninsula and you can reach the Island of Rügen after 40 km.
The detached house has a living area of 150 m² and is located on a 5000 m² plot, where your children can romp undisturbed.
On the large south-west terrace, which is surrounded by a privacy screen and windbreak, you can relax undisturbed during the day and enjoy the sunset in the evening.
