Lelkendorf Domestic Animal Park - a themed animal park!conservation park and breeding center for old and endangered breeds of domestic and farm animals.

The domestic animal park has set itself the task of preserving and breeding the oldest breeds of farm animals in the world. Currently, about 400 farm animals of 50 different breeds are kept in family groups. The zoo covers about 16 hectares and is situated in the most beautiful hilly landscape of Mecklenburg. All animals are close enough to touch. There is a 2 kilometer long circular walk with magnificent views, petting and run-through enclosures, a meadow orchard with old varieties and a barbecue area. For small guests there is also a playground and the possibility of pony rides.

Ivenack Castle
