In the Kraftbrühen Manufaktur in Göhren-Lebbin chicken, beef and vegan vegetable broths are cooked traditionally: by hand, on a wood fire, in a hand-forged copper kettle, with a cooking time of at least 8 hours, regional, local and organic, logical!
COOKING WITHOUT COMPROMISE
Forced broths are simmered for hours, rather simmered, our bone broths even up to 48 hours. The temperature remains below boiling point so that all essential nutrients are extracted from the bones, vegetables, herbs and spices and effectively remain in the broth. Only then is it a power broth! Prepared by us according to the 5 elements doctrine from Traditional Chinese Medicine and flavored with low salt with natural European crystal salt. The water used is filtered by reverse osmosis and then activated. The ingredients all come from controlled organic farming from the region, preferably in "demeter" - quality and at least certified according to the EU-Bio/Öko certification (DE-ÖKO-001): free of any additives, natural valuable!
