On a private property, only 200 m from the beach and the cliff, three typical country houses with thatch (reed) roofing, half-timbered cladding and muntin windows were built at the end of 1996.

The apartment was very comfortably furnished in country house style with great attention to detail. It is just under 50 square meters and generously designed for 2 people. In individual cases, however, up to 2 more people can stay on a comfortable living / sofa bed. From this you can look onto the terrace and into the garden. Furthermore, a generously equipped kitchenette with Miele dishwasher, refrigerator, large dining table and comprehensive crockery is available. In the living room there is a new flat screen TV and a telephone. As of 2015, all landline calls to the German telephone network and internet use are included free of charge in the rental price. The living room floor is covered with Italian tiles. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed out of consideration for allergy sufferers and smoke sensitive subsequent guests.
The bedroom and the wardrobe room right next to it have a parquet floor. A generous built-in wardrobe is available. The bed made of solid alder wood according to ecological principles completely metal-free by the company Team 7 is 200 cm wide and 200 cm long. The newly purchased in November 2013 allergy friendly and point elastic 2 bio cold foam mattresses (each 100 x 200 cm, volume weight RG 60) offer a very high sleeping comfort. The high-quality individual slatted frame elements react flexibly to all movements of your body and thus support your relaxing sleep. In the bathroom, a modern shower cabin with an extra rain head was installed in 2010. On the terrace there is a large table with 4 adjustable chairs and 2 garden loungers, as well as a parasol.
