Welcome to the southern Müritz region, in the state-approved resort of Rechlin.

In the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, directly on the southeastern shore of the Müritz, is the municipality of Rechlin with about 2000 inhabitants. A vacation in Rechlin means untouched nature, surrounded by water, forest and meadows. Pure peace and relaxation, but also with all the possibilities for active pursuits: whether cycling, hiking, paddling or boat tours with your own charter boat - Rechlin is the ideal starting point for exciting variety. From here you have, for example, the possibility to go to the Müritz, the largest inland lake in Germany, or to sail over the numerous canals towards Mirow by boat or canoe. Flat, sandy beaches and clear water also invite you to swim, sail, surf or paddle - the southern Müritz region is a paradise for all water sports but also a place for families to relax and enjoy an active vacation at the same time.

The Tourismus- und Dienstleistungsgesellschaft Rechlin mbH operates besides the Tourist Information Rechlin also
the campsites "Bolter Ufer" C15 in the district Boeker Mühle and "Boek" C16 in the district Boek, which are also located directly at the southeastern shore of the Müritz.

Sustainable on the way:
Strolling along a moorland path. Enjoy the green and blue from the highest tower. By kayak over still waters or rather by carriage through a game park? Back by excursion boat across the "little sea". There are many perfect days at the
Müritz. With "MÜRITZ rundum" you are mobile. By bus you discover the region comfortably and environmentally friendly. And the best: Overnight guests in Waren (Müritz), Klink, Röbel/Müritz and Rechlin can use the buses of "MÜRITZ rundum" for free. As often as they like. Just show your guest card and get on. All others are mobile with the inexpensive national park ticket for a whole day. If you are on the road with an e-bike, you can charge your bike with electricity at the tourist information office.
