Between Ahrenshoop and Kühlungsborn, Bernd Schumacher, a trained deep-sea fisherman and passionate angler, takes you out on day trips on the MS Seeadler.
The "Seeadler", built in 1951, is a former fishing cutter and has been operated as a deep-sea fishing vessel by Bernd Schumacher since 2006. On day trips, fishing enthusiasts visit the rich fishing grounds between Ahrenshoop and Kühlungsborn. In addition to cod, herring and whiting are also caught.
The routes start depending upon season between 05:30 o'clock and 07:00 o'clock and end around 16:00 o'clock. Including lunch, anglers pay 45 € for the trip (full charter for 12 people costs
540 €). If desired, breakfast can also be provided for €5 per person.
With a length of 16 meters and a width of 5 meters, the MS Seeadler offers plenty of space on deck and has a heated lounge, a toilet and filleting and freezing facilities for the fish caught. In addition, fishing rods can be rented on board and fishing accessories can be purchased. Lugworms are also available for pre-order. Overnight stays are possible near the ship.
