Our kitchen uses fresh, healthy, sustainable, regional products. All meat dishes are prepared with Galloway beef and lamb from our own "Biolandwirtschaft Biber Ferienhof" organic farm and with environmentally friendly pork from the Mecklenburg and Brandenburg regions. We also use coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer and milk from natural, sustainable production. The fish from local waters is supplied by the Mecklenburg "Müritzfischern" fishermen.
